Purpose:
After the off-grid inverter leaves the grid, it can work independently, which is equivalent to an independent small grid, mainly controlling its own voltage, which is a voltage source. Can be equipped with resistance and capacitive and motor inductive load, strain fast anti-jamming, adaptability and practicality, is the preferred power source for blackout emergency power supply and outdoor power supply.
Working principle:
A, AC main supply (mains priority mode))
Step 1:When there is commercial power, the mains bypass output directly, and at the same time for the battery complementary charging;
Step 2: When the utility power fails suddenly or abnormally, the system will automatically switch to the inverter power supply within 5ms to ensure that the load continues to work;
Step 3: When the utility power is restored, the system automatically switches to the mains power supply and charges the batteries at the same time.
Note: When the photovoltaic panel is generating electricity, the battery is charged until the battery is full;
B, DC main supply (inverter priority mode) (examples are as follows in 12V battery mode, other voltage levels corresponding to double)
Mainly used to charge the battery for photovoltaic, municipal power for complementary charging, and utility power for standby power。
Step 1: When there is a commercial power OK, as long as the battery voltage is higher than 11V, the inverter power output will be reversed;
(This function mainly realizes photovoltaic power generation priority)
Step 2: When the battery discharges to 11V, the inverter power supply will automatically switch to the mains bypass output, and the utility power will charge the battery;
(Battery undervoltage indicates that the amount of photovoltaic power generation is not enough. This function mainly realizes the complementary charging of the utility power, guarantees the continuous use of the power-consuming equipment and prolongs the service life of the battery, and does not charge the utility power. You can cancel it on the panel).
Step 3: When the photovoltaic panel or mains supply charges the battery to 13.5V (or constant voltage mode) through the inverter power supply, the inverter power supply will automatically switch to the inverter mode output (this function mainly realizes photovoltaic power generation priority).
Step 4: When the commercial power fails and the PV power generation is not enough, and the battery voltage is lower than 10V, the inverter will shut down the output.
If the utility power is turned to normal at this time, the inverter power supply will automatically start up to achieve bypass output and charge the battery at the same time.
If the utility power is not normal, when the PV charges the battery to 12V, the inverter will automatically start and output in inverter mode.
Application range:
PV off-grid inverters are suitable for power systems, communication systems, railway systems, shipping, hospitals, shopping malls, schools, outdoor areas, etc., and can be connected to mains electricity to supplement the batteries.It is possible to set up a wind power photovoltaic priority power reserve, or priority electricity photovoltaic power reserve.
